It's beginning to feel like Christmas.

I am finding the need for twinkly lights early this year.
They are so cheery and I even have them on first thing in the morning.

But it hasn't stopped there.

Today I found a spotty tree which was quickly joined by a scented candle.
A Christmassy glow with a wonderful scent of orange and spices.

Oh yes and there are twinkly lights in the lounge too!

It's a strange time for me at the moment.
We will soon be leaving here, maybe even before Christmas.
For the last few weeks I have been savouring this lovely house.
I have decided to enjoy every minute we have left here.
I'm going to miss it dreadfully when we have to leave.
So in case we do have to go before the big day I wanted to feel
that Christmas spirit one more time here.
So forgive me if it has come a little earlier than it should.
Enjoy your evening.

  2. Hi Jenny,
It will be a life changing experience as I haven't lived on my own for a long time but I am looking forward to decorating a new place and making it my own. I have no idea where that is going to be yet which is slightly stressful! But I'm planning to rent for a while so I can decide where I want to be. Thanks for popping in again.

  5. I love your twinkly lights, they make a room so cheerful and welcoming. I have some flower fairy lights around my dresser shelves in the kitchen and I leave them up all year round.
