After the rain

The rain has finally stopped here for a while
and I've been able to go into the
garden and tidy up the pots
I brought with me when I moved.


Adding a few new bits here and there.


These are sitting by my back door making
me smile every time I walk past them.


Rain covered daffodils ...


looking for the sunshine.


I picked up this delightful children's book at the
car boot on Sunday.  A reminder of the
weather to come. (Hopefully!)

    I love the Spring flowers, the sun was so welcome yesterday then it has to go and spoil itself today.
    But that won't wipe the smile off my face because - I've got a place on the Julie Arkell course at Hope and Elvis! A cancellation for the Sunday. Thank you for your post about it, I kept looking back in the hope a place would come available. Soooooo excited.
